New Mentoring Programs: Info Session on Thursday, 27th of February 2020

Helmholtz Advance “A Year for your Career”

Helmholtz Advance is designed to support talented staff who find themselves at a critical juncture in their lives and are about to make career-defining decisions. The workshop program provides participants with essential decision-making tools as well as a space to explore their options. They are supported by mentors and, where desired, professional coaches when reflecting their goals and aspirations and deciding on an action plan.

To be considered, researchers must have completed their doctorate no more than four years before application. Applicants working in administration, technical support and management must possess an academic degree as well as three to eight years of professional experience.

Cross Mentoring Munich

In the Cross Mentoring Munich program, female executives benefit in their personal and professional development through the mentoring-partnership with an experienced manager of a different firm as well as trough accompanying seminars and events. The inter-company exchange allows an open, hierarchy-free environment. For every participating mentee, there is a mentor from each firm, who will accompany a mentee of another firm.

If you are interested in applying for one of the mentoring programs, please come to our info session on Thursday, 27/02/ 2020, 09.00 a.m. – 10.30 a.m. in building 57/room 052.
