Thomas holds a Diploma in Physics and a PhD in Optoacoustic Imaging from the Technical University of Munich. During his PhD, he worked at the Institute for Institute for Biological and Medical Imaging at the Helmholtz Center Munich where he developed Optoacoustic tomography systems. Since 2016, he has been working as a Senior Associate in the Munich Office of McKinsey. Since joining McKinsey, Thomas has worked with clients from many different industries including high-tech, pharmaceuticals, defense, energy and steel.
